How long is the helicopter flight ?

The flight will be about 20 minutes long.

Good morning, I would like to inquire about any of the rules contained in the price information that if * No-shows will be assessed a penalty fee $200.00 per passenger, that is to be paid in cash by the other participating travelers of the reservation.
Why do other travelers have to pay a penalty fee of 200.00 US Dollars for passengers who do not participate in the tour program, while it is not the fault of the travelers who participated in the tour program ..?
I previously apologize if I do not understand the contents of this rule
And if I participate in one of the tour programs and have paid, is the price I have paid to change?

The penalty fee will have to be paid in cash before the start of the tour.
Please note that it will only be applicable if you book the tour for at least 3 people and the Buy 2 Get 3rd Discounted promotion will be applied.
The 2 other guests would have to pay a penalty fee of $200 since they have booked the tour for 3 people or more and the Buy 2 Get 3rd Discounted promotion is availed, that means the original price of the tour they paid is discounted according to the promotion given.
All the prices we have online are fixed and might change without prior notice, but there should be no further price changes after a reservation is confirmed.

We are not able to provide pick up at your hotel. We can only provide the pick up at the meeting points listed.
The distance from Grand Hotel Bush Street to the meeting point "Local Operator Office: 391 Sutter St., San Francisco, CA 94108" is about 0.4 miles, a 4 minute walk.
The distance from Majestic Hotel to this meeting point is 1 mile, about 21 minutes walking distance, 10 minutes drive.

If we decide to arrive a day earlier than the tour departs,Is it possible to book the same hotel as the tour departs from one day earlier ?? What hotel does the tour depart from??

Please inform us if you wish to add on a 1 night pre tour hotel extension to your reservation by including a note in the reservation request section when placing your order online.
