Hello AJ, As you will need to wait for the tour guide's arrival to be able to check in, you can choose to leave your luggage at the hotel for safekeeping and then meet the tour guide at 7:30 pm. Accommodations will oftentimes be booked at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino. Please inform us if you wish to add on a 1 night pre tour hotel extension to your reservation by including a note in the reservation request section when placing your order online. We will check for availability for rooms at the same hotel used for the first night of the tour and quote you the additional cost for the extension as we process your reservation. The tour is available February 6th as of now. Please note that it will only be applicable if you book the tour for at least 3 people and the Buy 2 Get 3rd Discounted promotion will be applied. The 2 other guests would have to pay a penalty fee of $200 since they have booked the tour for 3 people or more and the Buy 2 Get 3rd Discounted promotion is availed, that means the original price of the tour they paid is discounted according to the promotion given.
